BEFORE – We offer 3 opportunities for you to get to know the travelers on the trip you have selected:

1)      Approximately 30 days prior to your tour, you will receive an email containing the email addresses of all passengers booked on that tour. This enables you to communicate with your soon to be new friends via email before your trip, share with each other where you are from, what you are most looking forward to on the trip and ideas for optional activities to be enjoyed on the free time planned into your trip itinerary.

2)      Approx. 3 weeks before your trip, all passengers receive the list of roommate pairings .  This enables all that have requested a roommate to communicate with their assigned roommate via email in advance of the trip.

3)      On each of our tours, your trip leader will host a welcome Meet and Greet at a restaurant inside or on the grounds of the airport the trip departs from. (On most trips to Europe or Africa that is from NY-JFK or on most Asia trips that is from LAX airport. South America is usually from Miami). The Meet and Greet at the airport provides a casual face to face environment where all passengers can meet each other and their trip leader face to face, prior to going to the gate for their trip. This enables all to further develop the friendship bonds that make travelling in a group the most fun way to see new places and share new experiences with new friends. By arriving at the gate with your new friends, rather than by yourself, you already feel as though you are not taking a vacation alone, but rather are travelling with many friends.

     DURING - You will always have other singles to hang out with, sightsee with, do dinner with and soak in the culture of a new land.  You can spend as much or as little time in the group setting as you wish and it is there when you want it to be there to provide the camaraderie of seeing the world with other single friends, while still providing ample free time to do your own thing if you wish.

   AFTER - When you return home, you will have new friends that you can keep in touch with, whether in your own town, or across the country or abroad.  You may also make friends you wish to travel with on your next tour
